Box delivery to your door — included on every domestic order.
Threshold Service
We bring boxes inside the front entrance — add at checkout.
Lead Times
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Transit averages 5–10 days.

48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada by quote.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your zip code and order weight. Most orders qualify for free standard shipping over $499.

- White-glove (room of choice + assembly): $129–$249
Packaging
Every item ships flat-pack in double-walled corrugated cartons with EPE foam corner blocks and PE film. We use up to 80% recycled content and reuse cartons in our warehouse where possible.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Threshold and white-glove shipments include a scheduled delivery window.
Damaged or Missing Boxes
If anything looks wrong on arrival, photograph the boxes before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We arrange a replacement at no charge.
