30-Day Home Trial
Live with it for 30 days. Not the right fit? Send it back for a refund.
3–5 Day Refunds
Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of pickup back at our Austin dock.

- • Items damaged after delivery
- • Returns started after 30 days
- • Custom-color or made-to-order pieces
- • Items showing post-delivery wear
- • Final-sale items (clearly marked)
How To Return
- Email Us: Send your order number and reason to [email protected] or call (512) 555-0146.
- Authorization: We respond with an RMA number within one business day.
- Pack: Use the original carton where possible. We arrange freight pickup for large items.
- Ship: Hand the boxes to our courier or drop them at the prepaid label location.
- Refund: Refunded within 3–5 business days of return arriving at our dock.
Return Shipping
- Our error: If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover return shipping.
- Change of mind: Buyer covers return shipping. For oversized freight we offer pickup at cost.
Refund Method
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days. COD refunds are issued by ACH bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size instead of a refund? Reply to your RMA email and we will swap it on the same return shipment.
